It is our duty to inform you that since April 1st, 2026, some services and benefits
for members have been unavailable due to a system malfunction. We sincerely apologize
for the significant inconvenience and disruption this has caused for our members.
(Please note:) While this applies to only a limited number of accommodation plans, we are offering member accommodation plans, that can be booked without signing in.
・Inability to use One Harmony points for various redemptions (such as free stays using points or converting miles to points).
・Unable to access “Member Account” pages, where a guest’s account information is viewable.
・In addition, we are no longer able to accept new applications for One Harmony membership.
Please note that for customers who were unable to book at the member rate during the system outage and instead booked at the standard rate, we will apply the member rate if you inform the front desk that you are a member.(Excludes pre-paid plans)
We would also like to apologize once again for the delay in crediting One Harmony points and partner airline miles for stays and other services.
We are currently doing everything we can to restore service as soon as possible.
We will notify you as soon as service is restored, and appreciate your understanding.
