Due to the revamp of the One Harmony membership program, member services will be temporarily suspended during the following period.
■Maintenance Period
From 12:00 a.m. (JST), March 23, 2026 to 10:00 a.m. (JST), April 1, 2026 (scheduled)
*Services will resume as soon as maintenance is completed.
■Services Unavailable During Maintenance
During the maintenance period, sign-in will be suspended.
As a result, the following services will not be available:
・Member-rate reservations and reservation changes
・Viewing point balances and updating account information
・Point redemption
Points for eligible stays will continue to be credited as usual.
In addition, new membership registration will also be temporarily suspended during this period.
■Reservations During the Maintenance Period
Member-rate reservations will not be available online during the system maintenance period. If you are planning a stay during this period, please make reservations before the maintenance starts.
Even if you make a reservation at the regular rate during the system maintenance period, we will apply the member rate at check-in, provided that you inform us of your membership status.
Please note that this does not apply to plans that do not offer member rates or to plans that have been prepaid. Thank you for your understanding.
You can check or cancel existing reservations using your email address and reservation number.
*Please note that during the maintenance period, the One Harmony Office and individual hotels will also be unable to assist with the above services.
