Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport.
The Osaka Prefecture accommodation tax has been revised.
Changes are in effect as of Sept. 1st, 2025, regardless of the date of payment for accommodation contracts and accommodation fees etc.

Included in accommodation fees:

・Fee for staying overnight without meals
・Service fees applied to fee for staying overnight without meals
 

Not included in accommodation fees:

・Amounts equivalent to consumption tax, etc. (consumption tax, local consumption tax, bathing tax, and other taxes in general)
・Fees equivalent to services other than lodging (fees for meals, use of conference rooms, use of telephones, etc.)
 
*1 The room tax rate is levied on the room charge per person per night.
