    we ask the parental authority to submit a "Consent form".

    Where is the hotel located?

    The hotel is located across from the Kansai International Airport terminal building.
    The JR/Nankai Kansai-airport Station ticket gate is located between the hotel and the terminal building, which are connected by three concourses. You will be able to push the luggage cart to the hotel and back.
    The distance between the hotel and the airport is about 200m.

    We have 100 parking space exclusively for the hotel (no roof).
    For overnight guests, free parking for 24 hours for each night stay, and thereafter, we will charge according to regulation.
    If, for any reason the parking is full, we will provide directions to No. 1-4 Kansai International Airport parking lots.
    We do not accept reservation for parking.

    We offer free parking at no additional charge for up to 24 hours per night stayed with us.
    For the day plan, parking is free of charge while guests stay with us.

    For guests who make First Class reservations, free parking is available for ten days maximum and the first day begins on the first day of the reservation.
    For guests who make Business Class reservations, free parking is available for five days maximum and the first day begins on the first day of the eservation.

    *Any vehicle parked beyond the final 24 hour period will be charged 840 yen (tax incl.) per hour. One Harmony members will be assessed a fee of 2000 yen (tax incl.) per day.
    *All rooms are permitted one parking space per room reserved.
    *There is no roof parking at the hotel parking lot.
    *We do not accept reservations for the parking lot, and there is no guarantee that a parking space will be available.

    The car park can be used free of charge for 24 hours per one night stay, but there are fixed charges for parking outside of this.
    As it is expensive to park for a long time we recommend that you park in either airport multi-story car parks 1 and 2, which are opposite the hotel, or at the airport single-level parking lots 3 and 4, which are to either side of the hotel.
    Furthermore, if you have made a First Class reservation, then your stay includes a maximum of 10 days free parking, while a Business Class reservation includes a maximum of 5 days free parking.

    *Any vehicle parked beyond the final 24 hour period will be charged 840 yen (tax incl.) per hour. One Harmony members will be assessed a fee of 2000 yen (tax incl.) per day.
    * This is limited to one car for each room booking.
    * There is no roof at the hotel parking lot.
    *The car park can’t be reserved in advance. Furthermore, a car park space can’t be guaranteed.

    You must make the arrangements yourself at the passenger terminal.
    The distance from the hotel to the airport is about 2-3 minutes walk (about 200m).

    Unfortunately, because the passenger terminal is right in front of the hotel, and the runway is hidden from view due to the roof of the terminal, you will not be able to see the runway itself from the room.
    However, if your room happens to be on the airport side (passenger terminal building side) and on a higher floor, you will be able to see the incoming and outgoing planes.
    As for the 2nd phase island side (No. 2 runway side), there is nothing to block the view, but is quite a distance to the runway, so we do not recommend this in viewing the airplanes.
    However, on sunny days you can see the view from Kobe to Akashi Big Bridge to Awaji Island to Shikoku and the "sunset of Kansai Airport" which is designated as one of the "100 sunsets in Japan".
