We have been providing access to an area of our hotel to persons arriving at Kansai Airport from overseas who receive negative results from the comprehensive, mandatory tests conducted at Kansai Airport’s quarantine facilities. Accommodation of such guests was undertaken at the request of the Japanese government as part of nationwide efforts to prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The provision of facilities for such use is subject to the guidance of the Ministry of Health, Labor, & Welfare, ensuring that exceptional standards of sanitation and public health are maintained for both guests and employees.
