We kindly request your understanding with regards to this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused during the changeover process.

[Regarding reservations made through the older reservation system]

・ Reservations already completed remain valid. There is no need to make a new/replacement reservation.

[Regarding membership details registered in the older reservation system]

We are unable to transfer any registered personal information to the new reservation system. Such information will be securely deleted by the hotel upon our retirement of the older reservation system.
